At Haris&Co, we power brands with creativity, strategy, and impact. As a Social Media Manager , you'll be the strategic and operational lead for brands working with us, handling the full spectrum of social media marketing — from planning and execution to performance and reporting.
You'll create customized strategies, craft content calendars, oversee influencer campaigns, and ensure every aspect of social media marketing runs smoothly. As the primary point of contact inside social media department for your brands, you'll own their growth, engagement, and online presence.
This role demands a mix of strategic thinking, creative storytelling, hands-on execution, and leadership . You'll work closely with writers, designers, production teams, Project Managers and juniors, while also mentoring and guiding them. From posting daily content to running paid campaigns, you'll handle A-to-Z of social media marketing, ensuring measurable results that align with client goals.
- Manage Social Media MArketing of brands, handling end-to-end social media marketing.
- Develop customized strategies, captions, and content calendars tailored to brand objectives and audience needs.
- Lead and manage influencer campaigns and brand collaborations.
- Post, schedule, and monitor daily content across platforms.
- Respond to DMs, comments, and mentions; build active community engagement.
- Manage paid ads and boosting, optimising performance within allocated budgets.
- Track performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports for brands.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and production teams to create impactful content.
- Mentor and support junior team members or interns.
- Stay updated on social media trends, AI tools, and platform updates, integrating them into brand strategies.
- Represent assigned brands in client meetings, pitches, and brainstorming sessions.
- Ensure content calendars are submitted at least one month in advance, with buffer content ready.
- Take full ownership of client results, aligning closely with department heads and team leads.
Requirements
1–3 years of proven experience managing multiple brands on social media.Strong knowledge of Meta Suite, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Snapchat and other platforms.Hands-on experience with paid campaigns, ads manager, and influencer marketing.Excellent content writing skills — captions, storytelling, and creative hooks.Ability to track and analyse metrics — follower growth, reach, engagement, ROI.Familiarity with tools like Sprout Social, ManyChat, Bik, and AI-based platforms.Strong communication and client-facing skills.Creative mindset with the ability to spot and adapt trends quickly.Organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple brands.Ability to mentor juniors and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Willingness to appear in videos occasionally, presentations, or voice-overs.Benefits
