Must Have :

Hands on Java, Springboot, React, Golang (Preferable) , Microservices.

Frontend is React, Designing in high Level.

Any application Development or Platform development –

Platform to post, Voice and Chat

Database – SQL and NO SQL

MongoDB. MYSQL

Cloud – Azure Cloud

• 15+ years of software engineering experience with solid exposure to solution design or enterprise architecture (min of 5 years as a Systems Architect)
• Strong background in APIs, middleware, and distributed systems.
• Deep experience with Java, Node.js, ReactJs, Golang (or similar modern languages)
• Real-time media protocols (WebRTC, WebSocket)
• Microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Strong understanding of database architecture (SQL / NoSQL), authentication (OAuth2, JWT)
• Experience in designing systems that support high concurrency and low latency
• Familiarity with CI / CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms
• Translate business needs into technical solutions for the eSports platform.
• Work closely with technical architects, developers, and product owners.
• Define system workflows, data models, and integrations
