Key Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Meet or exceed enterprise-level sales targets consistently.
  • Lead and execute the go-to-market strategy focused on business growth, customer engagement, partner alliances, marketing, and demand generation.
  • Collaborate within an entrepreneurial team to shape how technology is used in modern workplaces.
  • Qualify leads effectively and conduct thorough needs assessments, involving technical experts as needed.
  • Clearly communicate and deliver the value proposition of WovVTech products and services.
  • Build and nurture senior-level client relationships founded on trust, identifying key stakeholders and client champions.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and demonstrating how WowTech solutions drive positive outcomes.
  • Ensure customer retention by coordinating with sales, professional services, product development, training, and support teams to provide seamless account management through renewals and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Drive product adoption and usage across multiple business units, teams, and markets.
  • Maintain proactive client engagement through monthly follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Develop and execute channel partner strategies to expand product and service reach.
  • Identify new revenue streams and alliance opportunities.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports weekly and monthly.
  • Prepare client presentations, proposals, and conduct quarterly business reviews.
  • Collaborate with management to analyze market trends, identify challenges and opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Represent the company at national and international IT events to promote services, generate leads, and close business deals.

Requirements :

  • Proven track record in client engagement with consistent monthly follow-ups to boost satisfaction and retention.
  • Experience driving UX strategies in leadership roles, focusing on people, processes, and products.
  • Strong ability to produce or guide the creation of highly usable and visually appealing product experiences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills combined with consultative business acumen.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a 'do-anything' attitude to resolve issues and delight customers.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within India and internationally.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, ethics, self-motivation, and responsibility.
  • Excellent time management and planning capabilities.
  • Strong collaborative and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive and make quick decisions in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
