Experience : 5+ Years in US Staffing Business Development

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in US IT Staffing to drive new client acquisition and strategic account growth. The ideal candidate will have experience working with direct clients , implementation partners , and VMS / MSP programs .

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate new business opportunities in the US IT staffing space through cold calls, emails, , and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Direct Clients, Tier-1 Vendors , and MSP / VMS providers .
• Understand client hiring needs and provide suitable staffing solutions.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to deliver quality profiles and ensure timely closures.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to onboard new clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate sales and activity records using CRM tools.
