We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the CCTV, Access Control, and Biometric distribution channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our channel partner network.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Channel Development : Identify, recruit, and manage channel partners (distributors, resellers, system integrators) to expand our reach and revenue.
2. Sales Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
3. Partner Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing support and training to ensure their success.
4. Sales Forecasting : Prepare and manage sales forecasts, providing regular updates to management.
5. Market Analysis : Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
Requirements :
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in CCTV, Access Control, Biometric distribution, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of sales growth and channel development.
3. Strong understanding of the security industry and market trends.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
5. Ability to work independently and lead a team.
