Senior System Performance Test Engineer - JMeter / LoadRunner

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior System Performance-Test Engineer to join our team. The role involves designing, executing, and analyzing performance, scalability, and reliability tests for complex systems to ensure optimal functionality under varying workloads.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in performance engineering, test automation, and system Responsibilities :

• Design and implement performance, load, stress, and endurance tests for complex software and system architectures.
• Analyze system performance metrics and identify bottlenecks, scalability issues, and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain test scripts, frameworks, and automation tools for performance testing.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and product teams to ensure performance requirements are met.
• Conduct root cause analysis for performance issues and recommend solutions.
• Prepare and present performance test reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve performance testing strategies, tools, and :
• Proven experience in system performance testing for enterprise or large-scale applications.
• Proficiency in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, Locust).
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, networking, and operating systems (Windows / Linux).
• Expertise in analyzing CPU, memory, I / O, and network utilization metrics.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (Python, Shell, etc.)
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and integration of performance testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional :
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Background in microservices or containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of APM tools (New Relic, Dynatrace, :
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant performance engineering certifications (preferred)
