We're Hiring : Advanced AI Researchers & Engineers | Join JTW's Innovation Team

At JohnTuringWatson Software Solutions Pvt Ltd (JTW), we're building the future of AI—and we're looking for exceptional talent to help lead it. Our AI Research Lab is actively working on cutting-edge solutions in Agentic AI and we’re expanding our team.

If you're passionate about solving real-world problems using AI, Machine Learning, and next-gen computation models, we’d love to connect with you.

Experience Level : 2+ years of experience.

We’re Looking for Talent With Expertise in One or More of the Following Areas :

Agentic AI – Designing autonomous, reasoning-driven systems
Python (required) for ML / AI pipelines and quantum programming
Deep Learning – Using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face frameworks
NLP and LLMs – Experience with transformer architectures, prompt engineering, or fine-tuning models
ML Ops – Knowledge in model deployment, performance tuning, and monitoring
Strong foundations in Mathematics, Probability, Linear Algebra, and Statistics

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Solid understanding of AI / ML concepts, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning

Ability to research, prototype, and scale AI models into production

Comfortable working in a cross-functional R&D environment

Prior experience in contributing to AI publications, open-source projects, or patents (a plus)
