About the Role We are hiring a LinkedIn Strategist to grow our brand visibility, attract top talent, and generate qualified leads for our IT consulting services. You will work closely with leadership to design, execute, and track content strategies that convert.

Key Responsibilities Build and execute a LinkedIn content calendar (posts, articles, video ideas).

Optimize company and leadership profiles for maximum visibility.

Run outreach and engagement campaigns targeting IT leaders, Salesforce prospects, and talent pools.

Track analytics and provide weekly performance reports with improvement strategies.

Collaborate with marketing & HR for recruitment and brand awareness campaigns.

Ideal Candidate Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communications or related field.

3–5 years of LinkedIn strategy and B2B marketing experience.

Strong understanding of LinkedIn SEO, hashtags, content algorithms, and paid campaigns .

Excellent writing and creative storytelling skills.

Remote; Salary ( INR 30,000 - 60,000)
