About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented fresher to join our leadership hiring team. The role involves assisting in research, talent mapping, and market intelligence to support senior recruiters in identifying and engaging top leadership talent. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on target industries, companies, and leadership structures to support senior-level hiring mandates.
- Create and maintain candidate mapping reports, organizational charts, and market intelligence summaries.
- Identify potential candidates through online platforms (LinkedIn, databases, industry reports, etc.).
- Assist recruiters with shortlisting and data validation for leadership pipelines.
- Track and update candidate information on the internal database / Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support the preparation of research presentations and talent reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive leadership data.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Economics, or related field.Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and internet-based research tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Interest in human resources, executive search, or leadership talent acquisition.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
