Job descriptionIdeate and create compelling, platform-first content (reels, videos, graphics, GIFs, etc.) Keep a pulse on emerging trends, formats, and cultural moments to drive engagement Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns for awareness and lead generation Identify, onboard, and manage influencer partners and brand advocates Track ROI of influencer and ad campaigns Build meaningful engagement through active community management Monitor sentiment and drive positive interactions with audiences Monitor KPIs and platform analytics to improve performance Generate regular reports with actionable insights Partner with internal teams to support launches, events, and campaigns Align social media activities with overall marketing initiatives Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 1-3 years experience managing social media for a brand Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and paid media tools Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities Basic design / video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite preferred) Passionate about trends, content innovation, and digital-first storytelling Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and data-driven Social Media Manager to build and grow our brand presence across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Facebook, and YouTube. You will lead content creation, community building, paid campaigns, and influencer collaborations to boost awareness, engagement, and conversions
