Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to lead technical initiatives and build end-to-end scalable solutions from the ground up. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in React, Node.Js, and modern web technologies , along with practical experience integrating AI / ML tools to elevate product functionality. This role requires strong technical leadership, architectural skills, and the ability to mentor teams while delivering innovative, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, development, and deployment of full stack applications.
• Build scalable and responsive front-end applications using React and related frameworks.
• Develop secure, efficient, and high-performance back-end services using Node.Js, Python, or similar technologies.
• Integrate and utilize AI / ML tools and frameworks (OpenAI, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.) to enhance user experiences and automate workflows.
• Collaborate with design, product, and data teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Provide technical leadership , mentoring junior developers and guiding ongoing projects.
• Define and enforce best practices for coding standards, code reviews, CI / CD, testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Architect, develop, and optimize systems from scratch , ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
