What We’re Looking For :
- Candidates with up to 2 - 3 years of experience in residential interior design.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD and escape.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work is required.
Key Responsibilities :
Meet with clients to discuss design requirements and gather input for projects, documenting discussions and project details.Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather necessary information for design execution.Utilize SketchUp to transform client ideas and visions into compelling 3D designs.Convert 3D designs into detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD or layout software.Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project objectives are met.Manage project timelines and assist in project coordination to ensure timely delivery.Participate in design collaboration sessions to refine concepts and solutions.Select materials and products based on aesthetics and client satisfaction, ensuring the best fit for the project.Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD.Knowledge of rendering software like Enscape is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Quick learner with a proactive approach to tasks.A portfolio showcasing your design work is required.Interview Process :
Round 1 : Initial screening to discuss your background and qualifications. (on call)Round 2 : A software test at our office lasting 2 to 3 hours to evaluate your design skills. (test from office is a must)Round 3 : Final round with Business Head at our office location. (in person is a must)Candidates We Are Not Looking For :
