Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Inside Sales Associates located in Coimbatore. The role involves daily collaboration with prospective clients to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close sales. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer queries, maintaining client accounts, and supporting the company's overall sales strategy. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and deliver value to customers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert potential clients effectively.
• Skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build strong relationships and ensure a positive client experience.
• Experience in Account Management to maintain and grow existing client accounts.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in sales or a client-facing role is an added advantage.
