Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ludhiana for a Learning and Development Specialist. The primary responsibilities include designing and delivering effective training programs, managing learning initiatives, creating instructional materials, and implementing strategies to enhance employee growth. The role requires working closely with teams to identify training needs, coaching employees to improve performance, and ensuring the alignment of learning plans with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Training & Development and Learning Management processes
• Expertise in Instructional Design including content creation and curriculum development
• Strong Communication and Coaching skills to foster employee growth and performance
• Ability to effectively analyze training needs and implement relevant development programs
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience in a Learning and Development role, preferably in a manufacturing or export industry
• Knowledge of latest training tools, techniques, and trends is advantageous
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
