Job description

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of AR / Collections experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, AR systems, and controls.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle, Netsuite and High Radius) and collection tools.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of reducing past dues and improving collection efficiency.
  • Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
