Key Responsibilities :
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) :
- Conduct ongoing keyword research, discovery, and optimization for new and existing content.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO recommendations to improve search rankings.
- Analyze competitor websites and backlink strategies for insights.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies aligned with SEO goals.
- Collaborate with content and editorial teams to implement SEO in content creation and publishing.
- Recommend and implement improvements in site architecture, internal linking, and metadata.
- Work with developers to ensure SEO best practices are followed in new code releases.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & PPC Campaigns :
Execute and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, etc.) to meet performance targets.Perform A / B and multivariate testing on ads and landing pages.Monitor campaign budgets, estimate monthly spend, and reconcile discrepancies.Track, report, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign ROI.Stay updated on search engine algorithms and digital ad platform changes.Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a strong focus on SEO and SEM.Solid understanding of performance marketing and conversion optimization.In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).Proficiency with bid management tools (e.g., Google Ads Editor, WordStream, etc.).Experience in conducting A / B and multivariate tests for ads and web pages.Strong knowledge of search engine ranking factors and algorithms.Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO / SEM and digital marketing.Skills Required
