About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Marketing Professional to drive our social media strategy, focusing on delivering high-quality content across multiple platforms.

  • Craft and publish custom content that resonates with diverse audiences, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and X.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews, providing thoughtful and timely responses that reflect brand values and de-escalate issues effectively.
  • Track social conversations, identify trends, and surface key insights or risks to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure all messaging is consistent with the brand's tone and goals.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Social Media Content Execution : Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to each client's unique tone and objectives.
  • Reputation Management : Monitor online reviews, craft compelling responses that showcase brand values, and address customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Engagement Monitoring & Trend Spotting : Track social conversations, identify emerging trends, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Client Alignment & Brand Consistency : Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and cohesive branding.
  • Operational Excellence : Maintain accurate content calendars, SLAs, and weekly / monthly reporting dashboards to optimize performance.
  • Platform Optimization : Stay up-to-date with evolving platform algorithms, engagement best practices, and innovative tools to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Content Creation & Management : Plan, create, and schedule captivating, on-brand social media content that resonates with target audiences.
  • White-Glove Client Support : Provide exceptional, personalized service to customers, offering regular check-ins and performance updates to ensure satisfaction.
