Job Summary : We are seeking an Engineering Operations Manager to lead and optimize the day-to-day operations of our engineering teams. This role will be critical in driving process efficiency, aligning cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring that engineering projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate has a strong background in engineering or technical project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• . Operational Leadership : Develop and implement operational processes that support engineering productivity, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
• . Program & Project Management : Oversee timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation across engineering initiatives monitor risks and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
• . Performance & Metrics : Define and track KPIs, OKRs, and other performance metrics to measure and improve engineering efficiency and delivery.

Budget & Vendor Management : Assist in budget planning, forecast spend, and manage relationships with external vendors and contractors.
