Social Campaign Manager

We are seeking a social media performance expert with hands-on experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering measurable results through strategic social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple social platforms.

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, including :

Media Planning

Account, Pixel, and Audience Audits

Manage a portfolio of 12–13 accounts with monthly budgets exceeding $35K.

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.

Troubleshoot campaign setup and performance issues proactively.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to achieve client objectives.

Stay updated on the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in the social media landscape.

Required Skills & Proficiencies :

Strong expertise in running Image, Video, Carousel, Dynamic, and Catalog / Shopping Ads.

Proven ability to design and execute full-funnel audience strategies to drive performance.

Hands-on experience in Catalog or Shopping Campaigns, including feed creation and management.

Knowledge of App Install Campaigns is an added advantage.

Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications & Experience :

4+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, or Reddit.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting and presentations.

Working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar website analytics tools.
