The role involves identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent for our organization. You will act as a brand ambassador, promoting our company culture, values, and opportunities to potential candidates, primarily from technical backgrounds.

  • We are looking for someone to assist in campus engagement and talent outreach programs.
  • You will build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, academic institutions, and training partners.
  • Support talent acquisition initiatives through online and offline channels.
  • Participate in career fairs, webinars, and networking events to promote our employer brand.
  • Coordinate with HR and hiring teams to understand talent requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Contribute to social media campaigns and content creation related to employer branding.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for :

    • Required Qualifications

    To succeed in this role, you must have :

  • A B.Tech degree (any specialization) from a recognized university.
  • Fresh graduate status (0–1 year experience).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders.
  • Passion for technology, people, and building communities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms.

    It would be beneficial if you had :

  • Interest in HR, recruitment, or employer branding.
  • Event coordination or public speaking experience.
  • Basic understanding of the IT / Tech industry.
