FP&A Analyst

Overview

As a Consolidation Analyst at PepsiCo, you will be a critical part of the financial team, directly contributing to the company's financial integrity and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timely consolidation of financial data across various systems, supporting key stakeholders by providing reliable financial information. Your role is central to the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, and your meticulous attention to detail and strong technical and communication skills will be essential in upholding the high standards of a global leader.

Responsibilities

Data Management & System Administration :

• Data Consolidation : Prepare and submit financial data into the Cockpit system. Ensure that the Mosaic TM1 system is fully prepared, functional, and available for all teams, aligning with established deadlines.
• System Reconciliation : Perform regular reconciliations between HFM and TM1 to ensure data integrity and accuracy across all financial reporting systems.
• System Maintenance : Proactively maintain and manage the Cockpit system to ensure it operates efficiently and supports the consolidation process seamlessly.
• Data Accuracy : Ensure the accuracy of financial data across all cubes within the TM1 environment. Uphold strict standards for data integrity and timeliness to support business decisions.
