About the Role :

We are looking for a visionary technology leader to join our leadership team as Director – Technology . This role will drive large-scale technology initiatives, l ead the architecture workstream, manage high-performing engineering teams, and shape the long-term technology vision for our platforms. The person will partner with business, product, and design teams to build scalable, reliable, and innovative solutions for millions of users

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple engineering teams across product lines (web, mobile, backend, data, and platform)
• Drive the architecture workstream , defining and maintaining system design principles, scalability strategies, and technology standards
• Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business and product strategy
• Build and scale high-performance, secure, and reliable platforms handling millions of users
• Drive AI / ML adoption, cloud transformation, and automation across products and processes
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Foster a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and ownership
• Mentor and develop engineering leaders, building strong succession pipelines
• Establish best practices for system design, coding, testing, and deployment
• Ensure compliance, security, and data privacy standards across technology functions
• Manage budgets, vendor partnerships, and optimize technology investments
