Assistant Brand Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Brand Manager who will be responsible for conducting market research, consumer research and specific category research for various ongoing branding & product development projects. The Assistant Brand Manager will also provide support to other Branding and Marketing Research projects as required from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct primary consumer research including detailed consumer interactions, focus group discussions and data collection through other research methodologies like surveys with existing and potential consumers.
• Support the development of brand communication materials including packaging, advertising, and promotions basis insights from consumer research.
• Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies to increase brand awareness, drive brand loyalty, and support overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the global Beauty & Personal care industry with an emphasis on the US geography.
• Analyse data and prepare reports on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Develop insights to identify white spaces in the market to launch new products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Assist in the planning and execution of brand events and activations.
• Monitor and report on the performance of brand initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in the personal care and wellness industry.
