Construction Manager

Manage and oversee construction activities at both offshore and onshore project locations, ensuring adherence to approved designs, schedules, and safety standards.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and equipment operations to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
• Review engineering drawings, project plans, and method statements; provide technical guidance and support to resolve site challenges.
• Ensure full compliance with all HSE procedures, conducting regular safety checks and leading toolbox talks.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, QA / QC, HSE, and project management teams to meet construction milestones.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective measures to maintain timelines and cost control.
• Manage material logistics, equipment deployment, and resource planning for both offshore and onshore sites.
• Maintain documentation including daily progress reports, inspection records, and client communications.
• Ensure construction quality meets contractual and regulatory requirements across all project environments.
