We are looking for a dynamic Shopify and Retention Marketing Executive to manage and optimize our eCommerce store while driving customer retention through impactful marketing initiatives. This role combines hands-on Shopify management, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and data-driven retention marketing to enhance user experience and boost repeat purchases.
Requirements
Shopify Management & CRO
- Manage and update the online store with new products, offers, and content.
- Optimize product pages, checkout flows, and site UX to increase conversion rates.
- Plan and execute A / B tests, analyze performance, and implement CRO strategies to improve add-to-cart and purchase metrics.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance the shopping experience.
Retention Marketing
Plan and execute email, WhatsApp, and CRM campaigns to drive customer engagement and repeat purchases.Set up and manage automation workflows, including welcome sequences, abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase communication, and win-back campaigns.Segment the customer base to deliver personalized, high-performing campaigns.Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand, engaging, and results-driven.Data & Insights
Monitor Shopify, Google Analytics, and CRM dashboards to track performance and identify growth opportunities.Prepare and share reports to optimize retention, repeat purchase rate, and customer lifetime value.Experiment with new strategies and tools to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.Required Skills :
