We're now looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who lives and breathes content, trends, and brand storytelling. Someone who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping posts, lead creative discussions, and manage accounts with ownership and passion.

Role Overview

As a Social Media Manager, you'll be the bridge between our strategy and creative teams. You'll manage multiple brand accounts, lead brainstorming sessions, and ensure each piece of content reflects the brand's voice and goals. You'll also analyze performance and drive creative innovation across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute monthly social media calendars for multiple brands.
Write creative captions and campaign copy aligned with brand tone and strategy.
Collaborate with the design, video, and strategy teams for content creation.
Plan and manage influencer campaigns and collaborations.
Review and approve posts, ensuring high-quality and timely execution.
Monitor trends, analyze insights, and optimize strategy for better engagement.
Handle client communication and present social media reports.
Maintain QC on all posts — visuals, grammar, and brand consistency.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies.

Strong creative thinking and a deep understanding of digital trends.

Excellent communication, copywriting, and coordination skills.

Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Later / Buffer, and Google Sheets.

Ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail and ownership.

Experience in handling photoshoots or video content planning is a plus.
