Responsibilities
- Oversee sales and revenue generation within the East Region of India
- Responsible for planning and achieving primary & secondary sales targets of sales team.
- Actively engage in stock planning for Super Stockitsts.
- Recruit, train & maintain the morale of field force & distributors.
- Manage channel partners for revenue generation
- Ensure target achievements .
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalentPast experience of managing the East region .7 + years of experience in FMCG sales and distributor managementGoodcommunication skills.A team player who is highly organized, creative, and great at research.Passionate about skincareWilling to travelWhat will you get
