Position Overview

As Sales head you will play a crucial role in driving client acquisition and maintaining client relationships. This position requires someone with experience in business development, strong industry connections, and the ability to manage client servicing effectively. You will be responsible for supporting strategic sales initiatives and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.

Role & Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Execution :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve company targets.
  • Lead, guide, and support the sales team to ensure optimal performance and goal achievement.
  • Prepare periodic sales forecasts, performance reports, and data-driven insights for management review.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and emerging market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Building :

  • Lead individual client acquisition efforts, establishing and nurturing relationships.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through personalized attention and service.
  • Provide excellent client servicing to maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • Revenue Target Achievement :

  • Work towards achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Market Analysis :

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and customer needs.
  • Market Intelligence :

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.
  • Utilize market intelligence to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Leverage connections outside of assigned region, especially in Tier 1 or Tier 2 cities, for regional business growth.
  • Develop and nurture relationships in these regions to expand the company's market presence.
  • Exploration of Fast-Growing Markets :

  • Identify and explore other fast-growing real estate markets beyond current locations.
  • Utilize your insights and connections to tap into emerging markets and contribute to the company's expansion strategy.
  • Team Collaboration :

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support sales efforts.
  • Work closely with marketing to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
  • Extensive Travel :

  • Travel extensively within and outside the assigned region to meet clients and prospects.
  • Personal vehicle is a mandate for this profile.
  • Qualification

  • Proven track record in business development within the real estate or related sectors.
  • Extensive industry connections and a robust professional network.
  • Strong ability to handle client servicing effectively.
  • Exceptional strategic planning and execution abilities.
