What you’ll do

Conduct the first two rounds of interviews and manage smooth hiring operations

Handle candidate communication, follow-ups, and maintain recruitment pipelines

Write sharp, appealing content for  Learning & Development marketing

(social posts, campaign messages, emailers, impact stories, pitch decks)

Support the founders in positioning Modern Mint’s L&D offerings to corporates, colleges, and CSR initiatives
