Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Coordinator located in Hazaribag. The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across architectural and engineering disciplines. Core tasks include collaborating with project teams, overseeing the implementation of BIM standards, supporting MEP coordination, and contributing to efficient project management. Additionally, the BIM Coordinator will ensure the accuracy and quality of models, facilitate clash detection processes, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong skills in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Knowledge of Architecture and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.

Experience in Project Management and effective team collaboration.

Familiarity with BIM software and tools such as Revit, Navisworks, or similar applications.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Outstanding communication and organizational skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in BIM coordination or similar roles is advantageous.
