Roles and Responsibilities :

Leverage experience in insurance, finance, or banking applications to drive project success.Identify and facilitate improvements in business and IT processes, system design, testing, and solution implementation.Conduct impact analysis on systems, processes, procedures, and clients for future developments.Gather and analyse user requirements, translating them into clear system requirements and user stories.Develop and contribute to internal and external communications and user documentation.Review and provide constructive feedback on business and technical documentation.Apply basic PL / SQL knowledge and data extraction skills to support project needs.Demonstrate a detail-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills to comprehend complex business scenarios.Evaluate data reasonableness and construct sound business logic.Utilize intermediate Excel skills, including the ability to create macros for improved efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and related technologies.This role requires a blend of technical skills, business acumen, and strong communication abilities to effectively bridge the gap between stakeholders and development teams.Arrange to create template and blast out the communication message (email / sms) through marketing tools.Support the team administrationSupport ad hoc task assigned by manager

Key Requirements :

BE, B. Tech. or MCA / MS (Comp Sc.) from reputed institute.2-5 years (Min : 3 years | Max : 5 years) of experience as a Business AnalystDesign business scenariosCommunicates effectively both verbally and in writing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong stakeholder management skillsKeen understanding of the details.Fast learner and can work under minimal supervision.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Attention to detail and Facilitation skills.Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task
