About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Social Media Manager with a strong understanding of digital trends, design aesthetics, and client relationship management. This role involves end-to-end management of client’s social media channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct creative research, for design references, and content for Social Media pages.
2. Keep up with the on-going trends on Social media and create growth strategies for the client’s social media pages.
3. Coordinate with in-house designers / editors to get posts, stories, and reels created as per brand guidelines.
4. Ensure timely scheduling, posting, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media platforms. (Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn)
5. Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Share content plans, take briefs, deliver the output, collect feedbacks & approvals.
6. Track followers growth, posts performance, content engagement across social media platforms and create monthly reports.
7. Shoot & edit reels from Phone when required for client’s social media pages.
