We are seeking a Head of Recruitment for our client in the manufacturing industry. The Recruitment Head leads the enterprise-wide hiring strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth and workforce needs. The role oversees end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and diversity hiring while establishing governance, standardization, and technology-enabled practices. As a strategic partner to business leaders, the Recruitment Head manages vendors, drives process excellence, and leverages data insights to deliver a scalable, inclusive, and future-ready recruitment function.

Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Workforce Planning

• Define and drive the enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth.
• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to forecast workforce requirements and build long-term pipelines.
• Balance volume, niche, and leadership hiring priorities across business units.
