Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute loyalty strategies to drive customer lifetime value and brand affinity.
• Leverage data analytics to assess program performance and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with IT, marketing, and operations teams to integrate loyalty platforms with existing systems.
• Manage CRM systems and ensure data accuracy for personalized customer experiences.
• Design and manage QR portal functionality to enhance program accessibility and ease of use.
• Monitor and improve QR code-based loyalty transactions and ensure system reliability.
• Innovate loyalty solutions based on industry trends, technology advancements, and customer feedback.
• Monitor sales performance through and design new schemes / offers for various product categories to boost engagement.
• Train the sales team on the app's functions and processes to ensure smooth onboarding and an excellent user experience.
• Monitor and ensure smooth functioning of the app, including identifying and implementing enhancements.

Desired Skills :

• Master's in any related field.
• Proven experience in loyalty program management in consumer-focused industries.
