We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Leasing Manager to lead business expansion across the F&B and retail sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing prime properties while building strong, long-term relationships within the real estate and hospitality industries. Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and secure leasing opportunities for F&B outlets and retail formats in line with the company’s expansion goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, brokers, and landlords.
• Actively develop new connections and partnerships to create a consistent pipeline of viable properties.
• Negotiate lease terms, rental structures, and agreements that align with business and brand requirements.
• Conduct market research and location analysis to identify emerging opportunities and key catchment areas.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of potential properties, market intelligence, and stakeholder contacts.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance visibility and partnerships.
• Prepare detailed presentations, proposals, and reports for management decision-making.
