Position Overview :

As the Head of Total Rewards, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global compensation and rewards strategy.

This role will focus on establishing a standardized global compensation framework, driving differentiated rewards programs, and managing key aspects such as job architecture, compensation benchmarking, short-term incentive programs (STIPs), long-term incentive programs (LTIPs), and global benefits administration.

The successful candidate will need strong analytical and data modelling skills, as well as advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, to deliver actionable insights and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
