Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct call audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Monitor calls for quality assurance purposes, identifying areas of excellence and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in call calibration sessions to align with team members' performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve issues related to call quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0.5-6 years of experience in BPO or customer service industry.
  • Strong understanding of call auditing, monitoring, and calibration processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to provide constructive feedback effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
