We are seeking a highly skilled professional with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday compensation configurations. Strong expertise in translating HR / Compensation requirements into scalable Workday solutions is essential.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A successful candidate will be responsible for managing India payroll and compensation practices, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Prior experience working on global merit cycles with regional variations, Workday HCM Core knowledge, and Workday certification in Compensation / Advanced Compensation are preferred qualifications.
