Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled

Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

to contribute to the design, development, and delivery of our cutting-edge SaaS products. As a key individual contributor, you will tackle complex technical challenges and help shape the future of our platform. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies and collaborate with a talented global team.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive end-to-end product development : design, build, optimize, and scale new features.

Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into robust solutions.

Contribute to architecture discussions, design sessions, and code reviews.

Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of applications.

Deploy, monitor, and manage solutions on AWS and / or Azure.

Must-Have Skills :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

6+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on backend systems.

Proficiency in

Node.js

and experience building RESTful APIs.

Hands-on expertise in

MongoDB

and

PostgreSQL , including schema design and query optimization.

Experience working with

AWS

and / or

Azure

cloud services (compute, storage, databases, networking).

Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI / CD pipelines.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Willingness to explore and adopt AI-powered developer tools.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.

Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.

Good to Have :

Exposure to frontend frameworks such as

React

or

Angular .

Knowledge of AI / ML-driven systems and their integration into software solutions.
