Senior Associate -Innovation Programs

What will you do?

Program Delivery & Execution – Drive the complete lifecycle of corporate and international accelerator programs, ensuring timelines, milestones, and KPIs are consistently met with excellence.

Client & Stakeholder Management – Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, international partners, and startups; ensure strong relationships, regular communication, and overall satisfaction.

Startup Engagement & Support – Manage onboarding, mentor mapping, and problem-statement alignment for startups; track progress and ensure program outcomes are achieved.

Documentation & Reporting – Prepare structured reports, trackers, and case studies aligned with T-Hub templates, SOPs, and partner reporting standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Coordinate effectively with internal teams (marketing, partnerships, operations, legal) to ensure smooth program delivery and handle escalations proactively.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field (mandatory).

Master’s in Management, International Business, or Innovation (preferred, not mandatory).

Experience :

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in program or project management within innovation, consulting, or corporate innovation environments.

Proven experience in client-facing, partnership, or startup ecosystem roles.
