Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Production Planning & Execution

  • Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
  • Balance raw material usage, machine availability, and workforce efficiency.

Process Optimization

  • Enhance assembly line efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve output.

    • Machine & Tool Handling

  • Operate and maintain production machinery such as CNC routers, edge banding, and panel saws.
  • Ensure tool calibration and schedule preventive maintenance.

    • Quality Assurance

  • Ensure product adherence to finish, durability, and dimensional standards.
  • Utilize gauges, measurement tools, and quality checklists to maintain high standards.

    • Material Management

  • Coordinate with store and purchase departments for material requirements.
  • Optimize raw material usage and manage inventory effectively.
