Engineer III Filtration Eng (Proposal Engineer)

Job Description

This role to Proposal Sr. Engineer Filtration systems will be responsible for complex techno-commercial offers support to global sales / customers. Responsible for team KPIs quality and OTD of the techno commercial offers prepared. Resolve TQ & CQ until order resulted. Internal and external co-ordination & Training.

Key Activities :

• Manage own and team KPI’s in terms of On time delivery (OTD) and Quality of the outputs.
• Manage priorities in conflicts, Internal stakeholders co-ordination and arrange required support.
• Handle complex projects techno – commercial offers, make correct product selection inline with customer needs & global standard, prepare cost and price.
• Studying Customer RFQ and project specifications, prepare comments & deviation sheet, product datasheet and costing sheet for filter and / or systems. Etc. Build Database and co-ordinate with team.
• Follow ISO guidelines and SES processes. Ensure compliance with proposal process and outputs of team.
• Co-ordinate with various global cross functional teams (CZ Plant / CoE / JVEL) for getting results.
• Participate in technical as well as commercial discussions with sales offices or customers.
• Keep focus on opportunities of improvements through SES tool to improve KPIs. Track development activities and seek opportunities for further improvement.
• Manage regular inquiry review meetings, Daily accountability (DAM) meetings.
• Ensure efficient support to sales offices and Business Development force.
• Working on nonstandard / Standard – First Fit & spares inquiries with complex requirements.

Key Accountabilities :

Build and maintain good rapport with sales and internal customers to meet their business requirements.

Should actively contribute to Continuous Improvements in their day-to-day work.

Educational Qualification :

Bachelors in engineering or equivalent with min.5+ years’ experience
