Our proprietary language model, WorkLM™, powers solutions that simplify employee service delivery and management. Design, Research and UX are at the forefront of everything we do.

You will :

• Drive mixed-methods validation defining and executing strategic studies across generative and evaluative phases, with a focus on testing business hypotheses against enterprise user desirability and viability.
• Own end-to-end strategic research leading all phases from scoping and method selection through recruiting, data collection, synthesis, and delivering decision-ready outputs that influence product direction.
• Partner with cross-functional teams collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering as a strategic peer to prioritize high-value research that translates business goals into actionable design objectives.
• Synthesize market insights into strategy crafting clear narratives and crisp recommendations that validate market gaps and shape our product roadmap, prioritization, and feature development for measurable business impact.
• Pioneer AI-driven insight gathering exploring tools and advanced quantitative methods to continuously improve research efficiency and scale the impact of foundational insights across the entire organization.
• Scale research practice establishing programs and frameworks, mentoring peer on techniques, and democratizing research practice across teams.
• Build foundational understanding developing robust personas, journey maps, and workflow analyses that help teams deeply understand complex enterprise service delivery and employee pain points.
