We're looking for a dynamic professional to be the bridge between our US clients and our India team.
This role involves talking to US clients, sharing project updates, and managing tickets. It also requires coordinating with our Indian technical team to ensure smooth delivery.
The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years' experience in Client Support / Project Coordination / Technical Account Management, strong English communication skills, and good understanding of websites, software & apps (not coding, but functional knowledge).
