Job Summary :
A leading Real-Estate company is keen to hire graduate / post graduate for the role of HR Manager with 3+ years of relevant experience in senior role. They will be responsible for leading and managing the HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and implementation of HR policies.

It's a south Indian conglomerate private Real-Estate company which has 9 verticals across the globe. It is renowned for its developing and managing high-end real assets in various sectors of managed office spaces, customized flexible spaces, development projects and other services.

Designation : HR Manager
Responsibilities :
Design, implement, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and proactively address employee relations issues.
Managing the recruitment & selection process for all the roles.
Oversee performance appraisal systems and provide accurate feedback mechanisms.
Support leadership in aligning HR strategy with business goals.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee learning & development programs.
Ensure compliance with statutory and labor law requirements.
Maintain a collaborative and inclusive work environment through proactive communication.
Key Result Areas ( KRA's) :
Efficiency in hiring process and attract top talent.
Smooth onboarding process and early retention.
Structured training and upskilling programs.
Continuous review on the performance of employees.
Ensuring all the HR policies are aligning with labor laws.
Requirements :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and payroll.
Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and MS Office tools.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
Ability to work independently while driving HR operations effectively.
Education : Graduate / Post Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration.
Experience : 3-5 years of experience in HR business partner / HR Senior / HR senior manager
Working days : Monday to Saturday
