Manager : Employee Experience

- Identifying key moments across the employee lifecycle and supporting the design of programs that enhance culture and drive engagement
- Managing the end-to-end induction program for new hires across Delhivery PAN India
- Driving initiatives focused on employee health and wellness across corporate and field location
- Strengthening internal communication by supporting effective and consistent messaging channel
- Supporting and implementing recognition programs to foster a culture of appreciation
- Rolling out employee listening tools (e.g..- surveys, feedback mechanisms) to gather actionable insight
- Planning and executing festival celebrations and cultural events to build inclusivity and connection
