1. Administrative Responsibilities

School Management : Oversee daily operations, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Budget Management : Prepare and manage the school budget, ensuring proper resource allocation.

Staff Supervision : Hire, train, and supervise all staff, ensuring they are motivated and effective.

Facility Management : Oversee the maintenance of all school facilities, including dormitories, classrooms, and dining halls.
