Job Description -

1. Drafting and negotiation of various Agreements including but not limiting to Service Agreements, IT Agreements, Licenses, Distribution, etc.

2. Vetting / reviewing all forms of Agreements, Contracts, Policies, documents.

3. Advising business team on various legal issues

4. Drafting and replying to notices and complaints

5. Handling litigation and ancillary Non Litigation work
