Experience : 5–10 years in apparel retail; outdoors, athleisure, or sportswear preferred.

Role summary :

Own end-to-end store operations and deliver sustained sales growth. Lead, coach, and scale a high-performance team while upholding Gokyo’s customer experience, visual standards, and operational discipline.

Key responsibilities :

• Achieve monthly revenue, conversion, ATV, and UPT targets
• Workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and weekly coaching; build a strong bench
• Daily SOPs : opening / closing, cash, billing, stock receiving, RTV, shrink control
• Inventory health : cycle counts, replenishment, size-curve integrity, ageing control
• Visual merchandising execution and weekly refreshes aligned to brand guidelines
• Local marketing : community outreach, trek clubs, partnerships, and micro-events
• Reporting : daily MIS, sell-through, bestsellers / slow movers, and action plans
• Coordination with HO for supply, VM, marketing, HR, and finance
