Job Title : HR Assistant / Junior Recruiter
About the Role :
We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and people-driven individual to support our
growing recruitment business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people,
learning fast, and being part of a collaborative, fast-moving team. You'll get hands-on exposure
to the full recruitment process, with plenty of room to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities :
∙Assist in the full recruitment process — posting job ads, sourcing candidates, and
coordinating interviews.
∙Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
∙Maintain and update candidate pipelines, progress reports, and feedback for management.
∙Help prepare client and candidate lists to support business development.
∙Research market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate expectations to support better
hiring decisions.
∙Source candidates through various online channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and
other platforms.
∙Keep candidate databases and applicant tracking systems organized and up to date.
∙Provide ad-hoc administrative and marketing support, including recruitment-related
campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
What We're Looking For :
∙1–2 years of experience in recruitment, Human Resources, or sales.
∙Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you enjoy working with people.
∙Well-organized, reliable, and attentive to detail.
∙Proactive and eager to learn, with a humble and 'can-do' attitude.
∙Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ATS or
CRM systems is a plus.
∙Team player who's adaptable and passionate about growing in a dynamic environment.
